Requirements Strong interpersonal skills Highly organized and able to multitask Self-driven and proactive nature Passion for exceptional customer service Familiarity with email, internet, Google Apps Calendar management Marketing our products and services to current and potential clients Qualifications Degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Health Education, or related field (preferred but not mandatory) CPR and First Aid certification Experience and knowledge working with the senior population Ability to communicate effectively with special populations Develop fitness programs and instruct safe, effective exercises Working knowledge of fitness equipment Certification from a national organization (preferred but not required) Create positive client experiences This opportunity offers hourly pay, productivity bonuses, and a chance to grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.
