Candidates must be located in California Travel to San Diego, CA monthly is required Overview Seeking an experienced medical and clinical development leader to help drive clinical strategy, regulatory planning, and execution of development programs across a growing therapeutic portfolio. This individual will work closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to advance clinical programs from early through late‑stage development Key Responsibility Provide strategic leadership across clinical development and medical affairs activities Support development and execution of global clinical programs from Phase I–III Oversee clinical operations, medical monitoring, clinical science, and regulatory strategy Partner with CROs, vendors, investigators, and key opinion leaders to ensure successful study execution Contribute to regulatory planning and interactions with global health authorities Develop clinical development plans, target product profiles, and program strategy Monitor competitive landscape, scientific advancements, and emerging clinical data Support external collaborations and partnerships with industry and academic groups Provide leadership and mentorship to cross‑functional clinical and regulatory teams Qualifications MD or MD/PhD required; Board Certification strongly preferred 10+ years of biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience Strong background in clinical development within oncology and/or immunology/inflammation preferred Experience leading global clinical trials and cross‑functional development programs Knowledge of FDA/EMA regulations and GCP requirements Experience supporting regulatory submissions and health authority interactions Background in small molecule development preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr BioPhase
