Programs Coordinator

Road America is seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Programs Coordinator to support and execute a variety of motorsports programs and events. This seasonal, full‑time role offers a pathway into a long‑term career with Road America. The position supports corporate events, Karting Club, Supermoto, Motorplex programming, motorcycle and driving schools, public experiences, and community events, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast‑paced outdoor environment.
