Single Family Leasing Specialist

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join a growing property management team! This is a full-time, in-office opportunity offering long-term growth, excellent benefits, and career development opportunities.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Occasional evening hours during peak leasing season

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage applications, prospect follow-up, and applicant screening

• Collect rental history and income verification documentation

• Utilize CRM systems and daily/weekly reporting

• Conduct market analysis and assist with pricing strategies

• Ensure homes are properly marketed and syndicated online

• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the leasing process

• Travel locally to properties as needed for marketing and presentation reviews

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of Property Management experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM/property management systems

• Valid driver’s license required

• Must obtain Real Estate License within 6 months (licensing classes/testing reimbursed!)
