Fleet MechanicThe Fleet Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance, performance, and lifecycle management of a diverse fleet of gas, diesel, hybrid, and electric vehicles. They coordinate and prioritize service and repair activities, with a strong focus on efficiency, preventive maintenance, safety, and operational readiness. They diagnose electrical, suspension, HVAC, drivetrain, and other automotive system issues accurately and perform engine and transmission repairs as required. They maintain detailed service records, compliance documentation, and asset tracking using fleet management software. They collaborate with technicians, vendors, and internal departments to support operational needs, maximize fleet availability, and ensure all vehicles remain reliable and cost-effective throughout their service life.This position operates on our four-day work week (Monday-Thursday; 6:00 am – 4:30 pm).
