Our organization is looking to hire a full-time Board Certified Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician to become part of our team in Culpeper, VA.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time OBGYN position available

• Daily patient volume: 22-25

• Affiliated with a prestigious university

• Work schedule includes 36 hours of patient interaction

• 7 on-call shifts each month

• No clinical duties the day after being on call

• Utilizing EPIC for electronic medical records

The base salary for this position ranges from $356,790 to $484,770 for a full-time clinical role. Individual compensation will be based on fair market value and will consider the candidate's qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and education. Please note that this salary range does not include potential incentive compensation programs, such as productivity or quality bonuses that may be available for eligible roles.
