• Valid 310 certification and active state social work license
• Experience working within school or youth-focused environments

• Comfortable collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies
• Commitment to professional ethics, continuous learning, and advocacy

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for students in need
• Assess student concerns, family situations, and school dynamics that affect learning
• Consult with teachers, counselors, administrators, and outside service providers
• Develop and implement interventions, behavior plans, and support strategies
• Provide crisis response, conflict mediation, and referrals to community resources
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal standards
• Educate staff and families about mental health issues and available supports
