The Learning Experience - University City

Location: 4224 Baltimore Ave, Philadelphia PA 19104

Pay: $17–$19 per hour

Position: Part-Time (Morning or Afternoon shifts)

Experience: Preschool, daycare, childcare, or Early Childhood Education experience preferred

We are looking for a reliable, caring, and energetic Floater Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience.

What You'll Do

• Help create a safe, fun, and engaging classroom
• Assist with daily lessons, activities, play, meals, rest, and classroom routines
• Actively supervise and care for children
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Communicate positively with parents and families
• Work closely with other teachers and center leadership
• Follow all childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements

What We're Looking For

• Dependable and punctual with consistent attendance
• Genuine love for working with young children
• Positive, energetic, patient, and professional
• Able to work well with a team and accept coaching
• Previous preschool, daycare, childcare, or Early Childhood Education (ECE) experience preferred
• CDA, ECE coursework, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Must meet applicable state childcare licensing and background requirements
