Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapy license
• Prior experience working in a school-based setting preferred
• Solid understanding of pediatric occupational therapy practices
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to support individual student needs
• A passion for empowering children to reach their full potential

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide school-based occupational therapy services to students as assigned
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to monitor progress and adjust strategies
• Document sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations
• Offer consultative support and resources to classroom staff as needed
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to team decisions
