Janitorial Services Technician

Workspace On-Site (Various residential and commercial properties across the Tampa Bay area) About the Role We are seeking experienced Janitorial Services Technicians to support our commercial properties and client accounts. This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, appointment-based scheduling. Work is assigned based on recurring service needs and one-time jobs, allowing you to accept assignments that fit your availability. Responsibilities include: Perform routine janitorial services (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, restroom cleaning) Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in offices, retail, and common areas Restock supplies as needed (paper goods, soap, etc.) Follow cleaning schedules and service checklists Report maintenance issues or concerns Ensure consistent, high-quality results across all assigned properties Requirements Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience (required) Must bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment Ability to service offices, retail spaces, and common areas Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and safe chemical use Strong attention to detail and time management Reliable, professional, and able to work independently About the Company Vassar & Company Properties is a real estate investment and property services firm serving the Tampa Bay area.
