Physical Therapist

Role: Provides comprehensive physical therapy care by evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients, aiming to restore functional mobility and independence. Collaborates as part of an interdisciplinary team, conducting patient assessments, interpreting tests, and modifying treatment plans based on patient progress and physician orders. Develops functional goals aligned with patient and family expectations, ensuring optimal recovery outcomes. Responds to physician directives, reviews patient charts, and clarifies orders as needed. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, State Licensure, and AHA BLS certification. Preferred: Doctorate in Physical Therapy and 2 years of clinical experience.
