Interventional Radiology Technologist

Join our skilled team of imaging professionals as an IR Tech and use your expertise to perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures. You will be responsible for the operation and quality assurance of film processing, patient monitoring, and x-ray equipment.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience with references.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI) required.
• Fluoroscopy certification required.
• BLS (AHA) certification required.
• California state radiologic technologist license required.
• Experience using Cerner or equivalent electronic medical record for charting preferred.
• Experience working in hospital-based Interventional Radiology or cath lab environments preferred.
• Availability for call shifts with a 30 minute response time required. Weekend on-call rotation expected (approximately 1–2 weekends per month). Holiday coverage required.

• Unit: Interventional Radiology / IR Tech
• Shift: Days. 8 hour shifts, 5 days per week.
• Call Requirement: Call required; expected response time 30 minutes. Weekend on-call rotation approximately 1–2 weekends per month.
• Orientation Hours: 12 hours.
• EMR/Equipment: Cerner.
• Cath lab/IR Tech team size: 3 technologists.
