Accounts Payable ProcessorLocation: Menomonee Falls, WI 53051 Duration: 11/02/2026 – 02/04/2027 Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, no weekends, no on-call, onsite interviews.RequirementsRequired Experience:Knowledge of mainframe computer processing.Data entry and reading.Accounts Payable experience is listed as a required skill; 1+ year of Accounts Payable experience is preferred.Preferred Experience:1+ year of Accounts Payable experience.Required Education:None specifiedPreferred Education:High School Diploma or equivalentRequired Licensure & Certifications:None specifiedRequired Skills:Mainframe computer processing, reading, data entry, Accounts PayableResponsibilitiesCompile and review accounts payable documents and prepare batches for timely invoice payment.Match invoices with receiving reports and purchase orders; compare pricing and quantities.Identify discrepancies and take appropriate action to resolve them.Match supplier credit memos with hospital debit memos and investigate discrepancies.Verify cost centers and expense account numbers on invoices.Obtain authorization for invoices without purchase orders.Track and follow up on open invoices awaiting approval to prevent late or nonpayment.Enter payable data into the AP system according to approved processes.File invoices and payment records appropriately.Process weekly check runs, including matching backup documentation, correcting errors, auditing payment files, and maintaining retention records.Respond to inquiries from employees, vendors, auditors, and supervisors regarding purchase orders, invoices, AP checks, and related matters.Reconcile vendor statements on a weekly basis.Maintain records of actions taken or required and file statements appropriately.Process invoices accurately and productively to prevent duplicate payments and voids.
