Material Handler - Receiving

Starting pay: $18.48 starting rate- with 1.00 shift differential. Shift (2nd Shift): 3pm to 1pm, Monday thru Friday- with overtime during our peak season! Will need the ability to train on any and all shifts. Full –Time Benefits- SIGN ON BONUS OF $1,000. Material Handler at The Pittsburgh Paints Company receives, ships and handles raw materials, packaging and finished goods as it enters or leaves the site. Key Responsibilities Following all safety rules, processes and procedures. Receiving and handling raw materials needed for production. Loading and unloading trailers, following dock safety procedures. Operating robotic palletizers, stretch wrappers, conveyors. Maintaining clean and orderly work areas. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred. Stand for extended periods of time, maneuvering around equipment. Lift up to 50 pounds routinely and up to 80 pounds infrequently. Follow detailed instructions and record progress. Operate material handling equipment, hoists and other equipment.
