Bilingual Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Location: 10496 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77043

Starting Pay Rate: $28.00/Hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Dean's Professional Services is actively seeking a compassionate and reliable Bilingual Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support a cardiology clinic in Houston Memorial City .

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage medication clinics, including medication preparation, administration, and documentation.
• Provide clinical support to prescribing providers during patient appointments and follow-up care.
• Educate patients and families on medications, treatment plans, and focused health practices.
• Monitor patient progress, document and responses to treatment, and clinical observations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Support cardiology department and maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and nursing documentation in accordance with state and organizational guidelines.
• Collaborate with a care team including physicians

Qualifications

• Must be Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Active Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license (required)
• Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
