What You'll Do

As a  Remote Client Success Specialist , you'll help clients from their initial consultation through ongoing service and support.

Customer Service & Client Support

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Connect with individuals and families interested in learning about available benefits

• Listen to client needs, questions, and financial protection priorities

• Provide professional, personalized customer service

• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options

• Assist existing clients with applicable policy reviews and updates

• Provide consistent follow-up and ongoing support

• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

• Build long-term relationships through trust, communication, and dependable service

Benefits Education & Enrollment

Once appropriately licensed, you'll:

• Conduct virtual benefit consultations

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Help clients understand coverage features and available choices

• Identify solutions based on individual and family needs

• Assist clients through applications and enrollment

• Help with required documentation and beneficiary information

• Provide ongoing service after enrollment

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Be physically located within the  United States

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Be comfortable using Zoom and web-based technology
