Requirements 2 years management experience Responsibilities The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Work with the leader to set the restaurant’s goals and create a plan to achieve them. Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their departments. Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a capable team for the future. Qualifications Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
