This role will be central to integrating artificial intelligence into our document management and timekeeping/billing systems, while also ensuring our attorneys and staff are confident, compliant, and effective users of these tools. Role Overview The AI Consultant will assess our current workflows and technology stack, design and implement AI-driven solutions, and lead firm-wide training initiatives. This is a hands‑on role requiring both technical expertise and the ability to communicate clearly with legal professionals. Key Responsibilities Evaluate existing document management and timekeeping systems and identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency and automation Design, implement, and customize AI solutions for: Document review, drafting, classification, and search Time capture, billing accuracy, and productivity insights Ensure AI integrations align with legal ethics, data security, client confidentiality, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with firm leadership, IT vendors, and practice groups to manage implementation and adoption Develop and deliver training programs for attorneys and staff, including: Live workshops and hands‑on sessions Written guides and best practices Provide ongoing support, recommendations, and updates as AI tools evolve Qualifications Proven experience as an AI consultant, legal technologist, or similar role Strong understanding of AI applications in professional services, preferably in law or insurance-related environments Experience integrating AI with document management systems (e.g., Perfect Law, SharePoint, or similar) and timekeeping/billing platforms Ability to train and support non-technical users in a professional services environment Knowledge of legal ethics, confidentiality, and data security considerations is strongly preferred Excellent communication, project management, and problem‑solving skills Preferred Experience Prior work with law firms, legal departments, or insurance-related organizations Proven experience with generative AI tools, prompt engineering, workflow automation, and knowledge management systems Experience change-managing technology adoption in a law firm setting What We Offer Opportunity to shape the firm’s AI strategy from the ground up Collaborative and professional work environment Flexible engagement structure (contract or full-time, depending on experience) Competitive compensation commensurate with experience How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief description of relevant experience with AI implementations in professional or legal environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pozo-Diaz & Pozo, P.A.
