The Opportunity: Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is currently looking for a Spa Receptionist (Part Time). Essential function of the job: Handle Spa guests with check ins/outs in accordance with hotel credit/cash handling policies in an efficient and friendly manner Assist with Spa reservations, assigning therapists with appropriate treatment rooms Handle all guest interactions with highest level of hospitality and professionalism Accommodating special requests whenever possible, resolve guest complaints, assist guests in all inquires in connection with Spa or Hotel services Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors and fellow departments Assist with duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Spa Attendant and Pool Attendant Other duties and projects as assigned Qualifications and Skills: We are looking for an experienced customer service professional with a passion for service and hospitality At least 1 year of previous experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa environment Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language Must be flexible with schedule – Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings Must provide work authorization document - proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America What to Expect: Competitive Salary & Wag $29.36/hour Be part of a cohesive team with opportunities to build a successful career with global potential Medical, dental, and vision insurance Holiday, vacation, and sick pay 401k participation with a company matching program Complimentary stays at Four Seasons worldwide (subject to availability) Free employee meals prepared by the culinary team Complimentary dry cleaning of employee uniforms Free employee parking Four Seasons is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
