Warehouse Personnel OpportunityIncentive based pay: Make $17 to $25 an hour based on your production!If you share core values of integrity, dedication, passion, and safety then this opportunity is for you!Seeking experienced warehouse personnel that want to work, able to multi-task while picking and pulling orders with drive, efficiency, accuracy and the determination that keeps us operating at our best.Pay to start at $17 per hour only while training and transitioning to production based pay (within 30 days) where you decide how much you make!Job Scope:Warehouse employees while working safely will be responsible for all functions of the distribution center warehouse including but not limited to, loading and unloading, order picking and processing, driving heavy equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and ensuring proper inventory levels are maintained throughout the warehouse.Days/Hours: Sunday through Thursday: 10pm to 7am. Friday: 5pm to MidnightPart-time available. Hours flexible for incentive based selectors.Duties and Responsibilities:Must be able to lift and wrap boxes that weigh up to 50-70+ lbs. on a daily basisDemonstrate ability and proficiency with palletizing & packing all components and sub-components.Must be able to lift boxes that weigh up to 50 - 70+ lbs. to a height of 70" on a daily basis.Individually, and in partnership with other co-workers, perform inventory inspections.Must be able to stand, reach above and below the shoulders, squat, bend and kneel as necessary to perform the job.Assist with picking and packing of client orders and with periodic inventory countsMeet or exceed productivity rate of 125 cases per hour. (Minimum of 125 cases per hour is required for this position)Must be able to accurately follow instructions regarding warehouse policy & procedureResponsible for the careful handling of all products at all times.Operate powered industry vehicles (Forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry picker) in a safe mannerMaintain integrity of product through proper handling and storageMaintain a clean, safe and productive work environment in compliance with OSHA and company directives, using safety first practices to remain accident-freePerform routine facilities maintenance and/or cleaning tasksAdditional duties as assigned.Experience:Preferred 3 years prior experience working in a food distribution center/warehouse environment. Previous forklift & pallet jack experience preferred.Education:Minimum: High School Diploma or GEDWorking Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be working within a fast-paced distribution center, where the employee will need to have the ability to adapt to multi-temperature environment.
