Job Description: The FMRT Group has a part-time, contract opportunity for a licensed mental health clinician, preferably having experience working with public safety professionals. The work includes mental wellness visits, critical incident appointments, post-deployment, and counseling appointments for safety-sensitive personnel in our Wilmington (Leland), North Carolina office and virtually. Occasional travel is required. Professional fees are per appointment and are provided the first week of every month. FMRT provides a dedicated administrative support team that handles scheduling, client communication, records coordination, and operational logistics, allowing clinicians to focus on clinical care rather than administrative responsibilities. Minimal paperwork is required, and there are no on-call obligations.
