Lab Assistant/Phlebotomist

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Lab Assistant/Phlebotomist to support quality patient care in our fast-paced healthcare environment. In this role, you will collect blood and other specimens, verify patient identity, label and process samples, and prepare them for transport and analysis. You will operate basic laboratory equipment, follow strict infection control and safety protocols, and accurately document all procedures in the EMR and laboratory information system. Working closely with nurses, providers, and lab staff, you will provide compassionate patient interactions while maintaining regulatory compliance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
