Team Leadership Lead daily canvassing activities alongside your team Coach and mentor canvassers through ride-alongs and field training Conduct daily team meetings, goal‑setting sessions, and performance reviews Recruit, onboard, and train new Field Marketing Representatives Foster a positive, competitive, and accountable team culture Performance Management Monitor appointment generation, lead quality, and conversion metrics Track individual and team KPIs, including appointments set, demos completed, and conversion rates Identify coaching opportunities and implement performance improvement plans Celebrate team successes while maintaining high accountability standards Field Marketing Engage homeowners through face‑to‑face conversations in residential neighborhoods Generate qualified leads and schedule free in‑home consultations Represent All Weather Seal professionally within the community Lead by example through personal production and strong work ethic What We’re Looking For Leadership experience in canvassing, field marketing, sales, or customer‑facing roles preferred Proven success in appointment setting, lead generation, or commission‑based performance Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills Competitive mindset with a passion for developing people Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven Comfortable working outdoors and leading in the field Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed Career Growth Opportunities We believe leadership is earned through performance and developed through coaching.
