Home Dialysis RN: Train Patients & Manage Care at Home

DaVit

DaVit is seeking a dedicated RN in Detroit, Michigan to manage Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) and Home Hemodialysis (HHD) patients. In this role, you will educate patients and caregivers on self-care, manage a caseload, monitor treatment progress, and collaborate with teams to ensure quality care. Qualifications include an RN license, ADN required (BSN preferred), and relevant experience in dialysis or patient education.
