Position: Senior Accountant Location: Mishawaka, IN | 100% Onsite About The Opportunity For a Senior Accountant Join a collaborative finance team supporting critical accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliation functions Opportunity to take ownership of complex financial analysis, reporting, and month-end activities Play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and providing meaningful insights to business leadership Overview Of The Senior Accountant Role Perform and review bank reconciliations by downloading data into Excel and validating information against internal reports Prepare, analyze, and maintain financial statements using Excel, including pivot tables and advanced data organization Apply a strong understanding of debits, credits, and account analysis to support accurate financial reporting Analyze financial data, perform detailed "tick and tie" procedures, and ensure consistency across multiple reporting sources Develop charts, dashboards, and executive-level reports, including exporting deliverables into PDF format for leadership review Assist with month-end close activities and support ongoing process improvement initiatives Preferred Qualifications For The Senior Accountant Role Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Experience with bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger account analysis Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, data analysis, reporting, and data validation Ability to work with large datasets and independently identify and resolve discrepancies Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities Salary $75,000 – $82,000 annually | 100% onsite #J-18808-Ljbffr
