As a Security Officer Concierge in Greenwood Village, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. You will manage access control and visitor check-in, monitor alarm panels and security-related systems, respond to inquiries, and communicate clearly with employees and guests. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Tue 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Wed 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Thur 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Fri 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Monitor access to the location, greet visitors, verify authorization, and maintain visitor records as required. Assist with front desk communications, including answering phones, directing guests, and reporting security-related concerns to appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements: Have at least one year of security-related experience. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred. Have alarm panel experience, preferred. Have customer service experience, preferred. Have access control and badge experience, preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
