AppleTree Staffing is seeking an experienced Offset Print Press Operator to join a growing production team in Franklin. This is a full-time opportunity working with advanced press technology to produce high-quality printed materials in a fast-paced environment.

• Set up and operate offset printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials
• Monitor press performance and make adjustments to ensure optimal operation
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Follow layout designs and job specifications to ensure accurate print results
• Conduct quality control checks to maintain production standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and finished products as needed

• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating printing presses or similar machinery preferred
• Familiarity with layout design concepts and typography principles
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
