RPO High Volume Recruiter (Contract) Elevate your recruiting career in the heart of North Carolina! We are seeking a high‑velocity RPO Recruiter to act as an embedded corporate talent partner. Align directly with local Hiring Managers to build specialized sales and service teams. This high‑impact role requires a hybrid schedule requiring 4 days on‑site weekly right here in Davidson, NC. Responsibilities Perform requisition intake meetings, sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Act as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers, providing regular updates. Manage candidate pools including internal, ad response, and direct sourced candidates. Track daily, weekly, and monthly account hiring goals and monitor performance scorecards. Document requisition activity to meet compliance and SLA/KPI tracking. Develop recruiting and sourcing plans to increase candidate pipelines. Use independent judgment to assess potential candidate eligibility from resumes and profiles. Build qualified candidate profiles and determine the best slate of candidates to meet client deliverables. Participate in special projects to enhance service offerings. Execute candidate care strategies to facilitate a positive candidate experience. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred). 1–3+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year as a full‑cycle recruiter. Minimum of 1 year experience working directly with Hiring Managers. Preferred: 18 months as a Talent Sourcing or Assessment Specialist. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems; Workday highly preferred. Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Demonstrated success in generating candidate pipelines. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $62,400 – $70,720 (Hourly RPO contractor position). Variable pay: Eligibility for variable pay plans including bonuses and/or commissions.
