Job Profile

JOB SUMMARY
To provide OT services to patients, including evaluations, treatment planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
B.S. or Masters in OT accredited by the AOTA and hold a current legislation license by the State of Texas.
Basic Life Support from a hospital-based American Heart Association (AHA) approved program.
