Job Summary
Osmar Cleaners is looking for a dependable and organized Assistant to the Staff Manager to help coordinate our residential cleaning teams and support daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, problem-solving, and working with people.

Responsibilities

- Assist with scheduling and daily job coordination for cleaning staff.
- Communicate with team members regarding assignments and updates.
- Track attendance, time, and performance.
- Support hiring and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain staff records and documentation.
- Help manage last-minute schedule changes or call-outs.
- Assist with uniforms and supply coordination.
- Provide general administrative support.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Administrative, scheduling, or office experience preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Comfortable using email, text communication, and basic computer programs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to lift and carry over 35 lbs of cleaning supplies or equipment.

Schedule

- Must be available at the office by 7:30 AM.
- End time varies based on daily operations (latest end time is 5:30 PM).
- Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend support if needed.

Pay

- $600 – $800 per week (based on experience and performance).
