Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)
We're partnering with a founder-led, high-growth lifestyle brand to identify a Head of Product who will lead the end-to-end product organization and partner directly with the founders to shape the future of the brand.
What You'll Own- Product strategy and seasonal execution from concept through commercialization
- Leadership across Merchandising, Design, Product Development, Technical Design, Sourcing & Production
- Building scalable product processes while maintaining speed and agility
- Cross-functional collaboration with executive leadership and global manufacturing partners
- 8+ years of product leadership within apparel, footwear, or consumer products
- Experience leading multiple product functions under one organization
- Proven success scaling teams and product organizations in a high-growth environment
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
- Thrives in a founder-led, fast-paced culture where adaptability is key
- Report directly to the founders
- Shape the future of a rapidly growing lifestyle brand
- Build and lead a best-in-class product organization
