Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time

Greenfield, MA
$33–$36/hour

LTC Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Greenfield, MA. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a skilled nursing setting where you can build strong resident relationships and make a direct impact on mobility and recovery.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy treatment under the supervision of the Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with gait training, balance exercises, strengthening activities, and transfer training
• Support individualized treatment plans based on resident goals and clinical direction
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates with the PT and care team
• Complete accurate documentation in a timely manner

Qualifications:
