About the Role We are seeking a Sales Technical Solutions Engineer to bridge client needs and BairesDev solutions, playing a critical role in the sales process by engaging leads and prospects, designing tailored technical solutions, and collaborating with sales and delivery teams to secure new business opportunities. What You'll Do Meet with leads and prospects alongside sales teams to understand and translate their requirements into documents. Travel to meet leads and attend events, serving as the technical expert in conversations. Engage in technical conversations around software development and delivery at the solution level. Work on generating proposals and recommendations for software delivery approaches. Provide consulting for best practices in software delivery. What We’re Looking For Ability to travel within the US. Experience working in software development. Experience in solutioning or technical sales roles. Experience in specific areas of the SDLC, building and implementing technology solutions.
