Energy Analyst

Serving as the in-house expert for the utility bill payment platform, the full-time Energy Analyst will manage the end-to-end utility billing process, ensuring accuracy and timely communication while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Coordinate with utilities, finance teams, and facility contacts to resolve billing issues and ensure effective communication Onboard new sites into the utility portal and manage the integration of utility accounts into the billing tool Prepare monthly variance reports and analyze utility rates to identify trends and discrepancies in energy consumption Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 2-5 years of relevant experience or a combination of experience and education CEM and LEED accreditation preferred, with training as part of development requirements In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel Strong organizational skills and sophisticated math skills for financial calculations Understanding of existing procedures to solve moderately complex problems
