We're seeking a skilled Medical Lab Technician (MLT) to join our dedicated healthcare team. Whether you're an experienced MLT or just starting out, you'll find a supportive, growth-focused environment where your contributions make a real difference in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Diagnostic Testing: Analyze blood, fluids, and tissue samples with precision
- Operate Lab Equipment: Maintain and troubleshoot lab instruments to ensure accurate results
- Collaborate with Healthcare Providers: Provide timely and reliable test results to assist in diagnosis
- Follow Quality Standards: Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory requirements
What You Need:
- Associate degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
- MLT certification (ASCP, AMT, or eligibility)
- Attention to detail and strong team communication skills
