Available Shifts: FT Day Shift – 6 AM – 2 PM (M-F) PT Mid Shift – 2 PM – 10 PM (Th & F) FT Night Shift – 10 PM – 6 AM (F-M & Tu-Sa) PRN Pay, Benefits and Perks of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time qualifying candidates Baylor Pay – work 32 hours and be paid for 40 hours! (full-time only) Earn PTO+ for every quarter of perfect attendance (full-time only) 6 Observed Holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 Floating Holiday for full-time employees Up to $5,000 per in tuition/education reimbursement per calendar year for approved program of study Take home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift 401(k) Retirement plan with company-matched contributions after 1 year of employment Medical (Teledoc Included), Dental, Vision, Life and other voluntary Insurances for full-time employees Have fun with contests and employee appreciation events every month Essential Functions of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications Administers medications Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents Documents that treatment as required Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner Other duties as assigned Qualifications of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing One year of nursing experience is preferred Valid LPN license for the state of Oklahoma is required Valid CPR certification Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication. Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations Ability to maintain confidentiality Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff Our facility provides equal employment opportunities.
