**Experience and Qualifications:**- Previous Charge Experience: Not specified- Years of Experience: 3 years required- Travel Experience: Not required- 18 months experience required; exceptions may apply depending on the unit**Certifications:**- ACLS certification**Skills:**- Circulate Procedures- Monitoring Procedural Sedation- Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring**License and Submittal Details:**- License must be in hand prior to start date; temporary licenses may be obtainable once permanent license applications have been submitted- SSN and DOB required at time of submittal- Two supervisor references required- Travelers' university must be accredited by ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation**Local and Floating Rules:**- IN residents considered local and will be offered the in-state rate at lower bill rate- All travelers must float within hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals**Additional Requirements:**- Call Required: 10-11 total days/month, including weekends- COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required- Flu Vaccine: Required, with medical/religious exemptions only
