Looking for experienced customer service representatives experienced in working in a high volume call environment assisting callers with account questions and updates. Located in downtown Omaha, NE. This position requires working onsite 5 days a week.

$20.00 / hour

Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm - No nights or weekends!

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle high volumes of incoming calls
• Review returned mail and research for updated addresses
• Process daily reports and e-correspondence letters to customers
• Handle inbound customer calls
• Answer customer questions and update account profiles

Job Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 recent years experience call center and queue management
• Must have reliable transportation and have the ability to work onsite 5 days/week
• Clear communication with the ability to use positive language
• Goal oriented focus
• Demonstrated experience with the use of PCs, along with the ability to navigate in a multi-window based environment
