Senior Hardware Repair Technician

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Repair Technician to join a growing technology services organization. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys diagnosing complex hardware issues, performing advanced repairs, and serving as a technical resource for other technicians.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide variety of computer hardware issues
• Troubleshoot systems that require advanced technical analysis
• Perform component replacement and hardware repairs
• Maintain quality standards and accurate repair documentation
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
• Assist with technical escalations and challenging repair scenarios
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to junior technicians
• Help ensure devices meet quality standards before deployment

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on computer hardware repair experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience repairing laptops and desktop computers
• Ability to identify root causes of hardware failures
• Experience replacing hardware components and performing technical repairs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred

• Experience with advanced electronic repairs
• Experience supporting high-volume repair operations
• Experience mentoring or training technicians
• Experience identifying process improvements and repair efficiencies
