ServiceNow Technical Architect

To lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions, the full-time remote ServiceNow Technical Architect will manage end-to-end solution architecture across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HAM, and SAM modules while ensuring alignment with best practices and technical governance. Key Responsibilities Lead solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations, translating business requirements into scalable designs Define technical roadmaps and govern platform health, upgrade strategies, and compliance with ServiceNow best practices Provide technical leadership to teams, conduct design reviews, and mentor delivery teams while engaging with clients on architectural decisions Required Qualifications Minimum 14 years of total IT industry experience, with at least 4 years on the ServiceNow platform Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline Strong command of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules, including configuration and governance Experience designing and governing AI-augmented workflows using ServiceNow's AI toolset Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities in a technical environment Virtual Vocations Inc
