Water Resources Project Manager

- Manage and mentor project teams performing H&H analysis and preparing technical reports for diverse stormwater projects
- Develop H&H models for small site-scale and large HUC-8/HUC-10 scale projects
- Prepare and maintain project schedules
- Support tracking of project financials
- Prepare monthly status reports and interface with clients
- Serve as a technical resource to project teams
- Provide quality control reviews of technical deliverables
- Mentor less experienced staff
- Work independently and oversee teams of professionals and analysts
- Support business development, including fostering client relationships, pursuit planning, and proposal development
HEC-HMS
, HEC-RAS (steady, unsteady flow, and 2D), ArcGIS Pro, and Microsoft Office suite Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Experience in Central Texas and familiarity with local criteria Experience preparing design plans, technical specifications, and opinions of probable construction costs for stormwater infrastructure projects Experience with permitting Experience developing FEMA flood studies, LOMRs, and CLOMRs CFM certification and/or experience in floodplain management practices preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in stormwater management, including H&H analysis, project scheduling, and financial tracking. Proven ability to mentor teams, develop technical reports, and maintain client relationships while ensuring quality control in deliverables.
