Ezio’s is a boutique Italian steakhouse specializing in dry-aged meats, handmade pastas, and a curated natural wine and spirits program. Our mission is to deliver an exceptional dining experience rooted in craft, integrity, and hospitality to bring a Michelin caliber dining experience that feels both elevated and personal. We are seeking disciplined, fast, and reliable Dishwashers to join our opening team. At Ezio’s, the dish team plays a critical role in keeping the kitchen running efficiently and upholding our standard of excellence. This is a great entry point into a professional kitchen with growth potential for the right individuals. Experience is required, but a positive attitude is more important. We’re Looking For Candidates who work fast and clean, always staying ahead of the curve People who take initiative ask for side projects, support the chefs, and stay engaged Individuals who are eager to grow within a respected, quality-driven restaurant group Responsibilities and Requirements Maintain a clean and organized dish area at all times Follow proper sanitation practices, including 3-bin systems and chemical handling Regularly sweep, squeegee, take out trash, and assist in deep cleaning tasks Communicate with chefs about dish station needs (chemicals, repairs, restocking) Support the kitchen team with prep or cleaning projects when needed Work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Must be able to follow verbal directions and adapt in a busy, team-oriented kitchen Must be able to stand for long periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 50 pounds Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Punctual, reliable, and respectful of the team and workspace #J-18808-Ljbffr
