Window Depot of West Michigan

Job Description

Join the nation’s third largest home improvement chain as a Siding Crew, specializing in residential projects. Candidates must have their own full crew, tools, commuting locally on a daily basis. We pay $200 to $220 per SQ for vinyl horizontal.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead your own siding crew to ensure project efficiency
Install siding materials accurately and according to specifications
Handle and maintain all tools and equipment required for siding installation
Monitor worksite safety and enforce safety protocols
Interact professionally with customers to address questions and concerns
Manage material delivery, storage, and usage on-site
Prepare job sites for siding installation and coordinate daily tasks
Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors

Preferred Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in siding installation
Possession of DBA and liability insurance
