Optometrist: $205k Salary + Bonus, $10k Sign On, $15k Retention + No Weekends - Hickory, NC

Looking for a full time Optometrist that will enjoy full-scope Optometry including Medical to join a well-established practice in Hickory, North Carolina!

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS:

• $205,000 base, or 16% of revenue (whichever is greater);
• $10,000 signing bonus
• $15,000 retention bonus after 3 years
• 401k
• 3 weeks of PTO (increases over time)

• Reimbursements: OD License, AOA & State memberships, DEA registration, and Board Certification (if applicable)

Equipments provided:

• Auto-refractor
• Visual Field
• OCT
• iCare Tonometer Vision

Days/Hours:

• Float between 2 offices

• Statesville & Hickory

• Monday-Friday

• No weekends!

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Part Time OD’s encouraged to apply as well!

New grads and experienced ODs are encouraged to apply!

**All states require optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. degree from an accredited optometry school and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry exam.**
