Role Description The Legal Associate – Corporate Law will work full time on-site in the firm’s Delhi, OH office. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of corporate documents, including contracts, shareholder agreements, and compliance policies. The Legal Associate will conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, prepare legal opinions and memoranda, and assist in due diligence for transactions and corporate restructuring. The role includes coordinating with internal teams and clients, supporting senior attorneys in hearings and meetings, and helping manage case files, documentation, and timelines. The Legal Associate will also monitor regulatory developments, contribute to risk assessments, and support the development of best practices and internal processes. Key Requirements: PQE: Minimum 2 years' experience in the Pharma and Healthcare industry or law firm practice. Strong experience in commercial contracts drafting and vetting. Knowledge of regulatory compliance relating to Pharma, Healthcare IT, and E-commerce. Excellent legal research skills with the ability to prepare legal memoranda for Pharma, Healthcare, and Medical Devices matters. Preferred Candidate Profile: LL.B. from a recognized university. Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills. Experience in advising corporate clients in the Pharma and Healthcare sector. LPO candidates will not be considered.
