Functions under a physician's order. Position Supervisory Responsibilities Supervises the following positions: Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides/Therapy Techs. Position Qualifications State licensure requirements and current, valid, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment. Minimum years of experience as a Physical Therapist. Required certifications (list specific certifications if applicable). Ability to project a professional image. Previous hospital experience preferred. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills. Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant. Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
