Transportation & Compliance Processor

Multiple Openings — Contract & Direct Hire | Transportation, Logistics & Product Delivery

Position Summary

We're hiring processors and support specialists across several transportation, logistics, and automotive services teams. In these roles, you'll review documentation, verify compliance with state and company requirements, resolve discrepancies, and keep transactions moving accurately and on time. Day to day work is detail-heavy and repetitive by design, but no two weeks look exactly alike — you'll bounce between processing, research, and problem-solving while working closely with internal teams, carriers, and customers. If you like clean paperwork, tidy spreadsheets, and the satisfaction of clearing a queue, this is your kind of work.

What You Might Be Doing

Depending on the team, your day-to-day could include any combination of:

•        Processing title, licensing, and renewal transactions in line with state-specific requirements

•        Reviewing OS&D (overage, shortage & damage) reports and tracking KPI reporting

•        Auditing proof-of-delivery documents and accessorial charges against contracted rates

•        Verifying documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance

•        Researching and resolving invoice, paperwork, or transaction discrepancies

•        Communicating with carriers, customers, and internal teams via email and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk)

•        Managing scheduling, follow-ups, and outstanding requirements to keep transactions on track

•        Meeting production and quality goals in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

•        Comfortable learning new systems, software, and processes

•        High school diploma or GED (some roles); a valid driver's license may be required

Nice to Have

•        Experience in transportation, logistics, or automotive title/licensing

•        Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems

•        Freight audit & payment (FA&P), OS&D, or accessorial review experience

•        Experience with TMS platforms or customer scheduling portals

•        CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or logistics industry background

•        General clerical or administrative processing experience
