CMMS Planner/Materials Coordinator

Position Summary : The CMMS Planner / Materials Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities within a dynamic facilities environment. This role ensures efficient execution of maintenance work orders through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), while also overseeing materials procurement and inventory management. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to support timely project delivery, cost control, and high-quality standards in building infrastructure.

Pay : $25-$28 per hour.
