We provide Business Customers with Phone Systems, Network Cabling and Camera Systems. We are looking for field service technician experienced with cabling, networking, VOIP, and traditional Telecom experience. Our techs are exposed to and work with multiple business technologies on a daily basis.
Job Requirements:
1. (3) years voice/data cabling experience.
2. (3) years traditional phone system installation and service experience.
3. (3) years security installation and service experience (CCTV/Access Control). Including the ability to network these systems and configure all forms of remote internet access.
4. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
5. Experience with power tools and hammer drills.
6. Must be able to handle and work on all ladders including extension ladders. (Lift experience is a plus)
7. Willingness to work overtime hours when required.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Interface with customers in a professional manner to best resolve issues and concerns. Assure complete customer satisfaction with every interaction.
2. Keep all paperwork and documentation properly updated on a daily/regular basis.
3. Keep service department updated on job statuses and issues.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle.
5. Maintain a clean professional personal appearance.
6. Cabling installation: Voice, Data, Audio, and Fiber. We sometimes have small aerial and underground
cabling installations.
7. Field service for different types of older phone systems: Mitel, NEC, Avaya
8. Installation and field service of Analog and IP camera systems. Provide user training.
9. Installation, programming, and support of Router/Firewalls and managed Access Points.
10. Maintain company vehicle and tools in clean and safe working order.

• Clean Driving Record: 2 years (Preferred)
• Cabling: 2 years (Preferred)
• Network: 2 years (Preferred)
• VoIP: 2 years (Preferred)

License:
