Sr. Multifamily Construction Project Manager (Commercial Construction)

Leads all phases of large-scale commercial construction projects ($50M+) from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Manages project schedules, budgets, forecasting, subcontractors, contracts, change orders, and overall construction operations across multiple projects simultaneously. Oversees field teams including Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and Superintendents while driving collaboration, accountability, and project performance. Conducts subcontractor coordination meetings, client/OAC meetings, and maintains strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders. Enforces OSHA safety standards, quality control processes, permitting compliance, and maintains accurate project financials, documentation, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial construction projects, including large-scale developments exceeding $50M. This leadership role is responsible for project planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, safety compliance, quality control, and client relationship management from groundbreaking through final completion.
